995. Umro je William IV., akvitanski vojvoda

1715. Rođen je Baltazar Adam Krčelić, hrvatski teolog, pravnik i povjesničar

1766. Umro je Leopold Josef Graf Daun, austrijski vojskovođa

1818. Jean Baptiste Bernadotte, francuski maršal i osnivač današnje švedske kraljevske dinastije postao je švedski kralj Karlo XIV.

1922. Umro je Slavoljub Penkala, hrvatski izumitelj
